1. About these terms
Padel Match DXB is a curated padel community operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By applying for or maintaining membership you accept these terms and our Community Standards. Questions can be sent to georges@padelmatchdxb.com.
2. Eligibility and verification
You must provide accurate information. Every application is reviewed and membership remains at our discretion. Your account is personal to you and must not be shared.
3. The service
Padel Match DXB helps approved members discover compatible players, organise games, communicate with other members and participate in community activities. We do not guarantee a particular match, player, court, event or outcome. Unless expressly stated otherwise, court bookings and payments are arranged directly by members, hosts, clubs or venues.
4. Conduct and member content
You are responsible for the information and content you submit and for your conduct towards other members. Do not post or send unlawful, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, sexually explicit, fraudulent, misleading or otherwise objectionable content. Do not impersonate another person, disclose another person’s private information without permission or use the service for spam or unsolicited promotion. You retain ownership of your content and give us permission to host, process and display it as needed to operate the service.
5. Safety and reporting
Members can report content or accounts and block other members. We may review reports and take proportionate action, including removing content, restricting contact or ending access. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact the relevant local emergency services.
6. Suspension and account closure
We may suspend or close an account where these terms or the Community Standards are breached, where eligibility requirements are not met or where action is reasonably needed to protect the community. Members can initiate account deletion in the iOS app. See Your account and the Privacy Policy for details.
7. Liability
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for arrangements made independently between members, clubs or venues or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, subject to any rights that applicable law gives you in your place of residence. Apple is not responsible for Padel Match DXB, and Apple’s App Store terms also apply when you obtain or use the iOS app through the App Store. We may update these terms and will give appropriate notice of material changes.
