Membership and verification
Applications are reviewed manually.
Signing in
Use the email address linked to your approved membership and follow the secure sign-in steps shown in the app. If you cannot access your account, contact us from your membership email address where practical.
Reporting and blocking
Use the report or block controls in the app if a member, message or item of content causes concern. Reports are reviewed by the team. Blocking prevents further member contact through the service where the relevant controls apply.
Account deletion
Account deletion can be initiated from the iOS app. See Your account for the steps and what happens to associated data.
