Update your details
Approved members can update available profile and communication settings in the app. If a core verification detail changes and cannot be edited directly, contact georges@padelmatchdxb.com.
Delete your account
In the iOS app, open Me, choose Account deletion and confirm the request. Access ends and we complete deletion or anonymisation within seven days, except for the limited records we must or reasonably need to retain for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or audit purposes.
If you can no longer sign in, contact georges@padelmatchdxb.com from the email address linked to your membership where practical. We may verify your identity before acting on the request.
