1. About these terms
45 (Forty Five) is a tennis membership app operated by the team behind Padel Match DXB, from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By applying for membership you accept these terms and our community standards. Questions go to FortyFive@padelmatchdxb.com.
2. Membership
You must be 18 or over and give accurate information. Every application is reviewed and membership is at our discretion. Your membership is personal to you: do not share your account or let anyone else use it.
3. What 45 does, and what it does not
45 helps members find each other, arrange matches, share travel plans and find coaches. We do not book, sell or guarantee court time, and we are not part of any arrangement between members, clubs or coaches. Court bookings are arranged independently by players, and any payment for courts or coaching is made directly between the people involved.
Levels, ratings and qualifications come from members themselves. We review what we reasonably can, and we do not guarantee them.
4. Your conduct and content
You are responsible for what you post and for how you behave, on and off court, with people you meet through 45. You keep ownership of what you post and give us permission to host and show it to the members who are meant to see it. Nothing unlawful, misleading, or belonging to someone else.
5. Playing safely
Tennis is a physical game and carries some risk of injury. Play within your fitness and ability, follow the venue's rules, meet at public venues and use your judgement when meeting members.
6. Suspension and closing accounts
We may remove content, suspend a membership or close an account where these terms or the community standards are broken, or where it is needed to protect members. You can delete your account in the app at any time.
7. Liability
We provide 45 with reasonable skill and care, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses arising from arrangements between members, clubs or coaches, or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. If you use 45 on an Apple device, Apple is not responsible for the service, and Apple's own App Store terms also apply to your use of the App Store. If we change these terms, we will tell members before the change takes effect.
