Change your details
Open Me, then Edit profile. Your name, city, level, playing preferences, professional details, biography and photograph are all yours to change at any time. What you leave blank stays blank.
Choose what others see
Trips can be visible to every member, to your circles only, or to nobody but you. Coaches choose whether they appear in the coach directory. Blocking someone removes you from each other's view entirely.
Take a break
Turn off notifications under Me, then Notifications, and close any open requests. Your profile stays as it is until you come back.
Delete your account
Open Me, then Delete account, and confirm. Your access ends straight away and your profile disappears from other members' view. We then remove your profile, photograph, matches, requests, trips, circle memberships and messages.
Where a safety report is still open about an account, we keep a limited record for up to 180 days so that the report can be reviewed properly, then remove it. This is explained in the privacy policy.
If you can no longer sign in, email FortyFive@padelmatchdxb.com from the address on your membership and ask us to delete your account.

Write to FortyFive@padelmatchdxb.com from your membership address and we will send you a copy of the personal information held about you.
