Padel Match DXB is a curated membership community for professionals in Dubai. This is the story behind the community, the matching model and what we are building next.
Padel has grown fast in Dubai. Courts are no longer the novelty they once were; the harder part is often finding the right people to play with, at the right level and at a time that works.
For professionals, that matters. Padel creates a kind of conversation that feels more natural than a formal networking event and more useful than another group chat. Four people share a court, compete a little, talk between points and leave with a better sense of each other than they would get from a cold introduction.
Padel Match DXB exists to make that people layer more deliberate. We are building a verified community where members can join relevant pools, find compatible games and meet people they would genuinely want to play with again. The product is the network. Padel is the vehicle.
Georges comes from a professional services background, with time at two international law firms and in management consulting. He came to padel relatively late – which probably made the problem easier to see: the sport is simple to start, but the social logistics around it are not.
He built Padel Match DXB as a practical answer to that problem. The platform is not trying to replace clubs, coaches or booking apps. It sits one layer above them: helping trusted members find the right people for a game before anyone worries about the exact court.
Get verified. Share your name, email, personal LinkedIn profile, firm, role, industry and playing level. We verify members manually so the community stays trusted. Other details – a photo, preferred areas, time windows – are added inside the app once your account is active.
Set your week. Pick the time windows that usually suit you and the areas where you tend to play.
Get matched. Have nobody, one player, two, or three? Tell us what you need. The website helps assemble the group; the court itself is booked through the host, club or venue.
Match members into compatible games. Pools help members find people with similar professional context, level and availability. Some pools are sector-based, others are cross-industry or interest-led, and the list can grow as the community grows. Members can also opt into mixed games when they want a wider conversation.
Fill the missing seats. Padel is a four-player game. Many groups already have two or three players and need help finding the right fourth. We focus on that gap – quickly and with someone the group would want to meet.
Build venue partnerships carefully. Padel Match DXB is not a court reservation website. Today, members and hosts book courts directly with their chosen clubs or venues. As the partner network develops, selected venues may offer member-friendly slots for matched groups.
Verification, not exclusivity. We verify every member to build trust. The bar is specific – a clear professional identity and a profile that makes sense for the community – rather than based on a particular firm, title or salary.
Reliability matters. We track no-shows and late cancellations, because the worst padel experience is turning up to find yourself short a player. Reliability bands (not percentages) appear on member profiles.
No scoreboards, no rankings. We match for compatibility, not ranking. The platform is here to make you play more and enjoy it, not to create a leaderboard.
Privacy by default. Your profile exists to support trusted matching. It is not public-facing, and it is not built for external advertisers.
