Be who you say you are
Use your real name and a recent photograph of yourself. Be honest about your level: an accurate level is what makes a match enjoyable for both of you. Do not claim ratings, qualifications or affiliations you do not hold.
Respect other members
Harassment, discrimination, threats, sexual advances and unwanted contact have no place here. If someone declines an invitation or stops replying, leave it there. Do not pass another member's details on without their permission.
Keep your commitments
If you confirm a match, turn up on time and ready to play. If something changes, withdraw in the app as early as you can. Hosts: keep the details accurate and cancel promptly if you have to, so nobody travels for nothing.
Be straight about courts and coaching
Court bookings are arranged independently by players, so agree who is booking and how the cost is split before you play. Coaches must describe their qualifications and rates accurately, and arrangements and payments are made directly between members and coaches.
No selling, no spam
45 is not a place to advertise, recruit or send bulk messages. Coaches may of course describe their own coaching on their coach profile.
Play safely
Meet at public venues, tell someone where you are playing, and use your judgement. Report anything that concerns you. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact the local emergency services.
What happens if these standards are broken
We review every report. Depending on what we find, we may remove content, suspend a membership or close an account, and serious matters may be referred to the relevant authorities. Reports are confidential.
