FAQ

Common questions.

Is this another open booking app?
No. Mainstream platforms are useful for finding a court. We are a curated community of verified professionals, matched into compatible games through sector and interest-based pools. The product is the network, not the court.
What if I only have one or two players, not a full four?
That is the most common case. Submit your group, your level and your time window. We help match you with compatible players. If you have nobody at all, we help assemble a compatible four from scratch.
How do membership tiers work?
Every member starts in Circle, which gives access to their own approved pool. Circle members can view, message and invite players within that pool. Network extends access to admin-approved adjacent pools. Clubhouse opens access across all active pools. At every tier, disabled pools, member blocks, contact preferences and rate limits still apply. Members remain in control of whether they are open to introductions, messages and game invites.
What does it cost?
Circle membership is free. Network and Clubhouse are paid upgrades that unlock wider pool access. We will share the upgrade details upon request.
How do you verify members?
Members share their professional details, including their LinkedIn profile and their industry. Each profile is reviewed manually and the right pool is assigned based on that profile.
